Founder & President 

Founder & CEO, Wade started his career in 1995 in lending and management with large reputable companies. He has held titles such as President and Executive Vice President leading sales and operations teams of up to 1,400 employees. He is a licensed mortgage loan originator, real estate agent, and active investor himself. Wade is passionate about helping his clients achieve financial freedom through real estate investment.

Jeff Johnson

Director of Lending

Jeff manages all lending operations within Catalyst to provide an excellent and reliable customer experience. He is a licensed mortgage loan originator who started his career in lending and sales management in 2000. In working with large companies such as NationStar, Morgan Stanley, and Aames Home Loan he has held various leadership roles including Regional Vice President.

Austin Pool

Sales Team Manager

Austin Pool has been a part of the Catalyst team since 2017. Originally having started as a processor, he was promoted to loan officer shortly after and is now the most senior Loan Officer at Catalyst. Austin has been investing in Real Estate since 2018 and is focused on building a rental portfolio. Having been to over 25 countries, Austin loves traveling extensively and meeting new people.

Jessica Sauceda

Loan Officer

Jessica Sauceda has 6 years of lending and processing experience. She has been with the Catalyst Team since 2018 and was promoted to loan officer shortly afterwards. In July 2020 she earned the prestigious award of President’s Club with SNMC. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and visiting local museums.

David Lipnicki is originally from the Houston area and is a proud graduate of the University of Houston.  He joined the Catalyst Team in 2019 and has a passion for working with investors both experienced and non-experienced in helping them grow their real estate portfolio. David has over 10 years in real estate and lending experience and got his start in real estate with new home sales and construction.  As an investor himself, he looks forward to working with you and making your experience as smooth as possible.  Some of David’s interests outside of work include baseball, working out, spending time with his son and continuous pursuit of self-improvement.

Ernest Powell

Loan Officer

Ernest Powell is committed to providing ideal financing options to homebuyers and homeowners. Whether investing in real estate, purchasing your first home, or refinancing a home, he will make sure all options are explored to discover the best solution for your unique situation. Ernest has over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry with top mortgage companies such as Chase, Nationstar and Mr. Cooper.  This experience has allowed him to gain the knowledge, tools, and techniques to expertly navigate you through the mortgage process with ease.  Ernest’s diverse experience in the mortgage industry also allows him to better assist and assure you of a smooth process from origination through to closing. Ernest attended the University of Hawaii where he had the opportunity to play on the Warriors football team.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and attending sporting events.

Alex Garza

Alex Garza

Loan Officer

Alex Garza is a Houston native whose background is in fixed operations, business development, and sales. His leadership skills and passion for helping others allowed him to excel in automotive sales and obtain a regional management position early in his career. When Alex decided to make a career change to Real Estate he hit the ground running. In his first month with Catalyst, he closed several deals - including a whopping seven refinances! While Alex's strong work ethic and accomplishments are impressive, he is most proud of being a Father. To quote this ambitus loan officer, "My son presented me with the prestigious award of 'best dad.' I have the coffee cup and popsicle stick to prove it." Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with his son, working on cars, and maintaining his collection of fish tanks.

Chris Gibson

Loan Officer

Chris Gibson is a Tennessee native who migrated to Texas after earning a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University. Chris has 15 years of customer service experience in various mentor and leadership roles. His journey into real estate was inspired by the fundamental value of the customer service relationship. Chris is dedicated to his clients and passionate about helping them grow and exceed their investment goals. He truly believes you can't put a dollar amount on the value of a strong partnership.

George Gibbons has a wealth of project planning and project management experience from small construction to multibillion-dollar projects in the petrochemical industry. George has also bought, renovated and managed his own personal portfolio of rental properties. A graduate of the University of Alabama, George enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, his classic cars or being out in the country at his family’s ranch.

Jeremy Humphrey

Jeremy Humphrey grew up as one of ten children. At an early age, it became apparent Jeremy had high ambitions. By the time he graduated high school, he had completed two years of college and had built a profitable small business. Jeremy's entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious nature eventually lead him to real estate. He is currently a licensed real estate agent, inspector, and an active investor himself. Over the last five years, Jeremy has worked in various real estate roles providing him a clear understanding and a unique perspective in property acquisition. Jeremy has both personal and professional experience in flips, rentals, and wholesale property acquisition. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others to help them achieve long term wealth and passive income. When Jeremy isn't in the office, you can find him spending time with children, his 22 nieces, and nephews, or behind the camera helping his photographer wife shoot a wedding.

Tina Ferry has a total of 16 years in bookkeeping and accounting with a successful track record in all aspects of financial operations in a Real Estate environment. Since moving here from California, she has spent a lot of time with family and exploring her new surroundings.

Destiny Fernandisse is a content creator, writer, and web designer passionate about providing excellent customer service. She has experience in marketing, property management, and real estate investment. She has published over 200 copywriting articles, designed 28 websites, and created theming and branding campaigns for businesses from the ground up. When Destiny isn’t in the office you can find her spending time with her family and pup, catching an opera, or volunteering.

David Jacobs is a licensed real estate agent with over 13 years of experience in real estate and small business management. His unique and well-rounded skill set allows him to assist in all aspects of Catalyst's day-to-day operations. He enjoys working with the Catalyst Team and their customers in solving problems and overcoming challenges to reach their full potential! Originally from Atlanta where he worked in master-planned communities, he relocated to the Houston area in 2009 and began event planning until 2019. David’s other interests include creating art and music, cooking unique recipes, and spending time with his little sister, Grace.

Zach Gable

Acquisitions Specialist

Zach Gable Zach Gable graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Industrial Distribution. Afterward, he spent two years as an outside sales representative for an oil and gas company before making the transition into real estate. Zach's interest in real estate was peeked by his desire to focus on solving the challenges individuals face over large corporations. He plans to apply his skills in personal relationship building to his new position as an acquisition specialist. Zach lives by his Grandfather's motto, "you can work hard now and have it easy the rest of your life, or have it easy now and work hard the rest of your life." Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs. He loves to play strategic board games, watch movies, and spend time outdoors!
