As a first time VERY nervous investor Alex Garza helped me do a cash out refinance on my primary home. From the get go Alex was so easy to work with. After two completed transactions with Catalyst, I can only say that they have made a complicated process extremely easy. It's great to have one point person to work with through both the hard money stage and all the way through the conventional refinance. Every single person I dealt with was great, but I have to especially recognize my main point of contact Alex for his patience and good attitude. These deals can be trying sometimes and there are always a few hiccups when dealing with a massive property rehab, but Alex was a pro throughout the process.
